10. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, general returns are not accepted after delivery.

11. Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before preparation begins.

Once preparation, cutting, packing or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
