A decade in the field, before we ever opened a store
Our journey began working directly with shepherds across the country — advising on scientific breeding, veterinary care, and modern farm management for sheep and goats. That hands-on experience, from birth to breed to butchery, taught us more about meat quality than any supply chain ever could.
As the natural next step, we moved from advising farmers to connecting them with the market — consciously choosing to supply the organized sector, where good mutton is genuinely hard to find.
Began the shift from production services to market catalyst.
Commenced modern trade supplies across Bangalore.
Opened our own retail outlet — and grew almost entirely through word of mouth.
